SAM begins to share her blueprint for awakening to the reality of Oneness in this life-altering book showing we are limited only by our beliefs. This eloquently written memoir offers us inspiration and ideas for going beyond our five senses and connecting to the invisible reality that underlies physical form.

Book Three: Lightworker's Log :-) Transformation
SAM authored and co-authored numerous articles on nutrition and HIV/AIDS. She was the Editor-In-Chief of two newsletters and the Nutrition Editor for two popular journals. She also co-authored a book.
She has two Associate degrees from community colleges. SAM is a retired Dietetic Technician and the President of a small company. A strong advocate of human rights and nutritional services, she served the public and private sector by volunteering in a variety of Federal, State and County positions.
SAM is a public speaker and recently learned that her most valuable asset is the increasing awareness of her true being. She is a spirit having a human experience.

Many of us are seeking a higher purpose and deeper meaning than the material pursuits and distractions of our time have to offer. Book One- Author’s Insight
The author received an insight prior to publication of this book. It was:
“My pre-birth vision into this life was designed to teach. To teach, I must learn. To learn, I had to suffer. I am now done with suffering. It is time to teach here in this life on this plane”.
Readers must consider the contents of this book from the level of awareness that they’re at. The levels of awareness, of understanding, are different for everyone. Some readers may be interested in learning more about certain subjects by getting the references listed in the back of the book. While many people believe that we can communicate with our departed loved ones, knowing that it’s all God helps the reader to more easily understand the lessons learned by SAM. We are all parts of God and need only recognize this truth to improve our life.
Author’s Notes in italics are identified by numbers in the text of the book. They deal with the author’s beliefs at the time the book was written. It’s vital to read them for they’re also about lessons learned or revelations the author had after certain life situations. The book is depressing without the insights in the Author’s Notes. Reading these notes helps the reader to understand that a path to peace and light was slowly emerging to guide SAM.
